Refund policy

1.  MySnackBag is not the manufacturer of the products we sell. Please refer to individual product labels for full details.

2.  Returns are accepted within 14 days, provided items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Gift cards are non-refundable.

3.  Refunds are processed within 10 working days after approval.

4.  Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

5.  Exchanges are only offered for items that are defective or damaged. Please email info@mysnackbag.com with clear photos to initiate a claim.

6.  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

7.  Please avoid ordering chocolate products in hot weather (25–35°C), as melting may occur during transit. Orders may be temporarily held during extreme heat conditions.
